Each EXPO day began with a 9:00 AM plenary with opening remarks. Monday’s plenary included a showcase of Caltrans’ innovation tools, and Tuesday's plenary included a multi-level innovation discussion panel. Live presentations followed from 10:00AM – 2:00PM in 20 minute increments.
